Privacy Policy

feeney.fit is a private, family planning application operated by the Feeney family for its own household members. It is not a commercial product, is not advertised, and does not serve, sell, or share data with any third parties for advertising or marketing.

Information we collect

  • Google account profile — your name, email address, and profile image, used to identify you and grant access to your own data in the app.
  • Google Calendar access — with your consent, the app creates and manages a dedicated “feeney.fit · {Name}” calendar on your behalf and reads your calendars' busy times so it can schedule activities around existing commitments.
  • Planning data you create — projects, tasks, schedules, and the notes/links/files you submit when completing tasks.

How we use Google data

Google Calendar access is used solely to (1) create and update a dedicated app-owned calendar with your planned activities, and (2) read free/busy information so the planner avoids conflicts. The app never modifies your existing personal calendars and never uses Google user data for advertising, profiling, or resale. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage & security

Data is stored in the application's private database. Google OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Access is limited to the small set of invited family members; no other parties can sign in.

Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties, except as required to operate the app's own infrastructure (hosting and the AI service used to generate plans, which receives only the project/goal text needed to produce a plan — never your Google credentials or calendar contents).

Retention & deletion

Your data is kept while you use the app. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, or revoke the app's Google access at any time via your Google account permissions.
